You may have a minimal, hidden scar — or you might not have one at all. As blepharoplasty techniques evolve and improve, it has become easier to conceal the incision site. Lower eyelid scars are often easier to hide, especially if your plastic surgeon makes an incision within the lash line. As for upper eyelids, they may have slight scarring, but because the incision is made in the crease, the mark is harder to see.
